The Accident

This is writing activity helps the student to sequence their writing. The comic strip is used as a motivation to write a story…  This is Naomi's interpretation of the pictures

 One morning I went to the cafe in the city.


I saw an old man nearly crossing the sunny road.


The old man stepped in front of a flash car.


Suddenly the car stopped ver close to the old man!


Then a tow truck crashed into the car. There were flames coming out of the car. There was smoke coming out of the engine . The old man was screaming!!!

    Naomi- Wow ! You told the story in a logical manner. I especially liked the last caption of your story with the fames and smoke.

    Next step: Naomi after finishing your draft writing- Reread your writing checking that all the tenses are correct.
